Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic dentistry is a great way to keep your smile looking great for years to come. We always want our patients to feel great about their smile. When you aren’t confident in your smile, you may try to hide it, which would be a shame!

Teeth whitening is the most popular cosmetic dental procedure that we offer because it always yields fabulous results quickly. If you would like your teeth a few shades whiter and are tired of waiting for an over-the-counter solution to give you the results you deserve, professional whitening is for you! We also offer dental veneers and cosmetic bonding for those who would like to improve the shape, size, or apparent alignment of their teeth.

Dental Implants

Dental Implants are synthetic structures that are placed in the area of the tooth normally occupied by the root. Implants are anchored to the jawbone or metal framework on the bone and act as a foundation for an artificial tooth or permanent bridge. In some cases, implants can be used to attach dentures.

Dental Veneers

Everwell Dentistry is very proud of our work in cosmetic dentistry as well as our plethora of options for restorative work. One of our many options for cosmetic dentistry is veneers!

Teeth Whitening

For many people, yellowing teeth is an unavoidable issue. Everwell Dentistry understands that keeping teeth white naturally is terribly difficult and that you may find yourself very unsure about getting them professionally whitened.

Preventive Dentistry

Preventive dentistry should be everyone’s primary concern when it comes to their oral hygiene. Preventing an oral health issue from occurring is far more valuable than fixing issues after they have already happened. One of the best ways to prevent oral health concerns from arising is with regular cleanings and examinations performed at least twice a year. During these visits, we have a chance to check your mouth for signs of:

•  Oral cancer
•  Gum health
•  Teeth that need dental fillings due to cavities
•  Teeth that need some professional fluoride treatment

Restorative Dentistry

We understand that accidents happen, and when they do we are prepared to fix them! Restorative dentistry is concerned with restoring teeth that have been damaged or lost in both form and function. Even the best oral health routines can miss certain spots on your teeth, resulting in a cavity. To restore a cavity, we have dental fillings and even inlays and onlays that we can place. Crowns are a great way to restore teeth that have been majorly affected by either decay or physical trauma. Dental bridges and implants are a wonderful way to replace missing teeth. No matter what the issue is, we can fix it with restorative dentistry.

Crowns

A crown is a covering that will wrap and protect the entire surface of a tooth, allowing it to look and function just like the original tooth. Crowns work to strengthen the tooth while protecting the existing structure, extending the life of the tooth longer than it would be with a filling or another restoration.

Bridges

Missing teeth can cause not only pain and discomfort when trying to eat or speak but can cause immense stress when trying to find the proper procedure to remedy the situation. Everwell Dentistry is here to help you find the very best fit for your unique circumstances.

Root Canal Therapy

Any procedure can warrant a little bit of apprehension if you do not know what is in store for you. Everwell Dentistry understands these concerns. We are always here to answer any questions you may have about what you are getting yourself into, and are more than willing to give you some of our time to reassure you that you are in the best hands. Oral Sedation Dentistry

Dental care does not have to be intimidating our uncomfortable, our office provides a wide range of anesthesia options, including conscious sedation options, to help you feel relaxed and comfortable.

Dental Bonding

Dental bonding is a great, simple procedure that repairs chips, fractures, and imperfections in your teeth. Using composite bonding material, we can shape and polish the material to fit your needs and blend perfectly with your natural tooth.

Periodontal (Gum) Disease

Commonly known as gum disease, periodontal disease is an active bacterial infection of your soft gum tissue. Bacterial infections anywhere in your body are problematic, with your gums it can cause significant reduction of support for your teeth. We can help you achieve healthier gums, meaning firmer teeth.

Periodontal Disease Treatment

The treatment of periodontal, or gum, disease begins with removing the source of the infection. This is commonly done through a basic or deep dental cleaning with our professional hygienist. The hygienist will remove bacteria-filled plaque, calculus, and tartar, along with any other debris that is irritating the gums. This cleaning process is known as scaling which is followed by the smoothing of the roots through root planing.

Periodontal Disease Maintenance

Gum disease is not enveloped in a singular event but can occur again and again around different teeth and on either arch. We work to keep infection at bay while also providing the education, tips, and information on tools that can help.

Blood Pressure Screening

A blood pressure screening is typical before treatment. Your blood pressure is used to assist in determining the correct level of dosage for a local anesthetic and is a helpful diagnostic tool. Increasingly, studies are showing a correlation between the health of your mouth with other health concerns such as heart trouble and diabetes.

Dental Dietary Counseling

There are choices you can make in the foods and drinks you consume that can affect the health of your teeth. We want to help you make choices that can improve your dental health. Our staff can provide you with the information you need to help.

Medical History Review

An important aspect of your oral health is understanding your overall health. We will inquire about medications you are taking and your medical history. Some patients hold back medical information that they feel is irrelevant, we ask that you don’t do this, no information is irrelevant. There are medications and conditions that can increase your blood pressure, complicate healing or more, it is important that we understand your health.

Oral Cancer Screening

Screening for oral cancer is a quick, painless process performed simply with a probe. We will look for anything unusual in and around your oral cavity, including changes to the coloring or texture of your tissue and any development of growths, lumps, or bumps.

Latex/Food Allergies

We take steps to acknowledge the possibility of a wide range of allergies, if you are aware of a specific allergy, please let us know, it will help us serve you better.

TMJ Treatment

Your jaw joint, known as the temporomandibular joint, is the hinge that opens and closes your jaw. It is used constantly throughout the day when speaking, eating and even breathing. If this joint comes out of alignment, either slightly or drastically, the discomfort can range from slight tired feeling in the joint to the inability to open or close without severe pain. Trauma to the joint can cause facial pain and even migraines. We can help.

Trauma

Facial trauma can include a wide range of problems including gashes to the soft tissue, a tooth being knocked out, or the fracture of bone. The most common causes of trauma can occur from engaging in sports, outdoor activities, vehicle accidents or an act of violence. If you have experienced facial trauma, we can help.

Custom Sports Mouthguards

A mouthguard can protect your teeth when playing sports. Injuries to the mouth are the most common injury in a long list of sports; you can save your child or yourself pain and money simply by wearing a mouthguard. Though there are store-bought versions, a custom mouthguard is much more comfortable, meaning you are more likely to wear it.

Digital and Panoramic Radiography

Radiography, also known as x-rays, is the best tool any dentist could have. This is because it allows us to see areas of the mouth that are otherwise hidden, including the roots of the teeth and the tissue that surrounds them. Digital x-rays are a newer version of radiography, it allows us to see larger images, more clearly and with much less radiation. Panoramic images offer us a 3D image, that shows the depth of space, giving us a complete picture.

Laser Cavity Detection

Laser detection of cavities allows us to find cavities that we previously unseen, often that means tiny cavities that are just beginning to grow. Catching the development of decay quickly means that we can take an immediate approach to solve the problem with less damage, pain, and time in the chair for you.

Caries (Decay) Risk Assessment

Part of your annual checkup is the assessment of decay present in your mouth. This helps us predict the health of your mouth and directs us in our discussion and guidance for you. There are steps we can take including providing fluoride treatments, dental sealants, more regular cleanings with our hygienist to help.

Sealants

Dental sealants are a great way to protect your most vulnerable teeth. Molars are designed to break up and gnash food, but along with their design are spots that make it more difficult to remove food and plaque. Sealants are used to fill in these areas with a protective coating, serving as a barrier between the tooth and debris. Sealants have been proven to significantly reduce the incidence of decay and cavity development.

Fluoride Therapy

The enamel of our teeth is very strong, but they do suffer wear and tear from constant use. Though they feel solid, if you were to look at a tooth under a microscope you would see that they are made of many shards of mineral material, which do break off when used. We can help mineralize and rebuild your teeth with fluoride therapy.

Pain/Sensitivity Management

If you are feeling pain or sensitivity in a tooth or other area of your mouth, we can help. We can evaluate the area and determine treatment options to help.

Orthodontics

Orthodontics is important, patients are often aware of the look of their teeth, but we are also concerned with the positioning of your teeth. Orthodontics allow your teeth to function in harmony; straighter teeth mean improved chewing, improved speech, and better oral health. There are options for correcting your teeth; we are happy to discuss them.

Invisalign™

Invisalign™ is an orthodontic device that allows you to discreetly correct the positioning of your most visible teeth. Instead of the traditional wires and brackets, Invisalign™ is a plastic device that fits over your teeth. It is clear and removable. Invisalign™ is a great option for patients who fear the look of braces, play sports, or play a musical instrument.

Dentistry For Kids

We understand how hard it can be to get your kids to come in to the dentist, which is why we have created such an inviting atmosphere. Every child that walks in the door is warmly welcomed and treated to a walkthrough of our facility to help them feel at ease and ready for their appointment.
The first step to a healthy beautiful smile is to schedule an appointment.
